Emera 1 - Rest in Peace

A Near-Future Sci-Fi Short RPG The World Government has offered a large bounty to recover "Mother Units," computers equipped with super-advanced artificial intelligence. The protagonist, Shan, travels to the "Former Ishikawa Research Institute," which developed the Mother Unit for which the highest bounty has been offered. He does so to achieve a certain objective.

This is a near-future sci-fi dungeon-crawling RPG. As you progress through the levels, the atmosphere and stage mechanics change, and you will face over 10 bosses, including a hidden boss. There are branching endings and several hidden elements. You can also freely build and strengthen the protagonist's combat style to a certain extent. The estimated playtime is 3-5 hours.

Although it's very late, we have now released a remake of this work, "Emera.1_Reboot-Rest in Peace-". The remake is a significant upgrade in graphics, scenario, and system compared to this work. Furthermore, "Emera.2-Odds and Ends-," which is currently available, was created with consistency with the remake in mind. Unless there's a specific reason, we recommend playing the remake over this work. We considered discontinuing this work upon the release of the remake, but considering that this work, while inferior in many aspects, also has its own distinguishing features, that we want you to enjoy the changes and growth between the pre- and post-remake versions, and most importantly, that there are people who download this work, we decided to keep it available. It's a particularly humble work, but we hope you'll enjoy it.
