This game takes place 5 years before the events of EINS, following the tale of the Demonic Librarian named Lafis Iidia. You play as Lafis Iidea, a Demon who has come to earth and is now seeking out the Three Forbidden Books. On the way, you meet Lutra, a woman searching for her husband who has gone missing, Momo, a former mercenary, and Philly, the Goddess of Heaven.
Three Forbidden Books - Book is a Japanese RPG style survival horror adventure game developed by Nama and was released on August 18, 2015 in Japanese and on January 20, 2024 in English. It is the second installment in the Three Forbidden Books series serving as a prequel to Three Forbidden Books - EINS. English translation was provided by 24oars and Karma. It was preceeded by Three Forbidden Books - EINS and is set to be followed by Three Forbidden Books - Stone.
