Some years after the Notes on the Edgoesian Crisis (see that game for what happened before) three characters from the first game, Mark, Shin and Pete Mk. II, are involved in a losing battle against the rebellion that opposes the prince Oskar of Edgos (another party member in the first game). But soon the story shifts to a group of young studens: Amos, Eugene and Lester... they live near the Edgoesian border, so they soon learn of the rebellion...
