It has been two decades since the Ethran Civil War had ended.Thousands of disillusioned youth have set the world on the path of complete destruction. The magnificent cities of old have been erased from existence. Humans and Croixians continue to be at odds with eachother, in spite of their supposed "peace treaty." Of course, with every bit of sadness and corruption, there is always a small glimmer of light. For Ethran, that is the city of Veritas, a new city built upon the values of its founder Sir Hayatou Tivens, hero of the Ethran Civil War.The city has come to represent hope, freedom, and toleration. It serves as a safe haven for those who continue to have morals in the world.
But just as easily as hope can be established in the world, something that could threaten it's very existence is just around the corner. In the present day, a wave of corruption has spread over the planet of Ethran, mainly effecting the sanity of the local wildlife. Officials are baffled and numerous bounty hunters, knights, and rangers are currently in search of its source. Fear is quickly rising and hope is slowly slipping away.
But perhaps hope isn't completely lost. Maybe there is someone who can unveil the truth behind it all...
