A city in the sky . . . in a city which has now become nameless the rich have built higher and higher and turned a romantic vision into a mass of stone and steel.
The low-lives on the Surface below the nameless city have resorted to crime in order to live. As a guild of mercenaries forms the wealthy continue to build higher with a growing ignorance of the less fortunate ones below them who can follow only their lost hearts through the dark times ahead of them.
